Those she keeps closest to her...
Those who believe as she does....
That even undead, the right to a "normal" life is there's for the taking...
Las Vegas...Kindred city yet all are welcome...
The rules are simple...

  • We are using the following books for Rules not ammended on this site, and Character Creation:

    Vampire: The Masquerade Revised

*Note: anything from previous editions or from another genre are approved only in advance by the MST.  Permission should be sought before attempting to use articles from another edition/genre.
  • Rules on teaching disciplines, only in-clan disciplines can be taught from each clan ex: Bob is Gangrel and teaches a Ventrue Protean, the Ventrue cannot teach Protean to anyone else.

  • We are all mature individuals who know how to interact with one another in the real world. Cyberspace is no different. Respect another as you would yourself. This is also not a place for drama that bleeds out of characters onto the people playing them. If you cannot handle that Character B is a bastard and that player is not, this is not the place for you.

  • NPCs are common as Retainers or such. Note that an NPC retainer is generally allowed to be run by the player of the character the retainer 'belongs' to, but also, the retainers are at best(in the vampire venue) Ghouled or Mortals without a clue their master is a vampire. In other venues, Personal Assistants, yadda, but no supernatural creatureness to them. They also have minimal interaction. They don't sit in rooms alongside your PC and interact as a normal character would. NPCs that are of supernatural origin are left to the Venue STs and their assistants.

  • We are soley responsible for your character sheets and exp. A private forum with your character sheet posted at the bottom of the page will be available to you and the MST alone. That is where personal XP will be listed. You can make expenditures there as well.

  • All Merits and Flaws (that are listed on your Character Sheet) WILL be played out according to White Wolf rules. Merits and Flaws can be purchased or removed at twice the cost after character creation with a valid reason in the storyline and the MSTs approval. A max benefit of 7 points of each has been set.

  • We will also be using the phases of the moons for certain rituals, if a ritual calls for it to be a certain part of the year or month then you must wait.

  • All rituals need to be logged ex: If your character places a ward on themselves, submit the log to the MST.

  • Generation is rolled for on a 1d100 with a chart that has been mapped out. As we fill the spots, more will be added to maintain a proper ratio. If the spot you rolled for is filled, you will roll again until you find an empty.

  • Characters petitioning for approval for sanctioned play are granted the opportunity to dig right in, though it should be noted that heavy emersion into storylines and combat should be avoided. The pending character is a babe in the woods when it comes to the rolling of die. The effective stats of a pending character are 1's in attributes and virtues, and 0's all other places. Disciplines should not be used.
Experience may be garnered upon acceptance into the chronicle, that is to the descretion of the MST.
Do not wait longer than a week to give your character sheet to the storyteller.

Combat rules:

  • We need some sort of balance. Personally we find it rather nice just to RP it out but sometimes it just doesn't happen that way so there need to be rules in the event of something getting "out of hand". We only wish to make this as interesting and fair as possible so. If you can narrate and mediate with the other player to find an appropriate end to challenge inducing RP, then do so. If not, then contact the MST.

  • When rolling is necessary, you let the ST deal with it.

  • While some individuals can be on and post back and forth easily through out the day, others cannot. Be considerate to those who do not post as frequently within reason. If an individual is on once a week, there's no need to be considerate, but if they miss a 'crucial' post by a day? Don't give them grief. Real life happens. People work and have lives. A day or two is not exactly a lot of time to ask unless they are the -only- individual in a large group not to post.

REMEMBER nothing is set in stone..Changes can and will be made..
